Opinion and Order stating that the ESP, as proposed in the Amended Stipulation and modified by the Commission, be adopted and approved; the Company shall file final tariffs consistent with this Opinion and Order, and that the revised final tariffs shall be approved effective November 1, 2017, subject to final review of the Commission. The new tariffs shall be effective the later of the date of filing November 1, 2017. |
