Entry ordering that the Commission will allow a reasonable, but not lengthy, period for Ameritech Ohio to improve substantially its service; the Commission will permit Ameritech Ohio to declare and distribute dividends up to and including September 30, 2000; any statements received by the Commission as a result of the legal notice that address the issue of whether a declaration of dividends or distribution by Ameritech Ohio will postpone its compliance with the Commission's order or affect the adequacy of service rendered or to be rendered by Ameritech Ohio, or that request a hearing in the issue, will be considered by the Commission in determining whether Ameritech should be permitted to declare after September 30, 2000, a dividend or distribution. |
