(AUTHORITY) Transportation of motorized vehicles between points in Ohio. RESTRICTED; 1. To the use of equipment allowing the transportation of no more than two (2) motorized vehicles at one time. 2. Against the use of flatbed equipment (except straight trucks and self loading equipment) and lowboy carry-all trailers (except self loading trailers). 3. Against the transportation of motor vehicles (except disabled motor vehicles) originating at auctions or dealers in Cincinnati, Columbus, Marysville, and Toledo, ohio and their respective Commercial Zones as they existed on May 20, 1992. 4. Against the transportation of manufactured housing units, trails, house trailers, mobile homes, modulars, utility trailers, buildings, K.D. or in sections, non-self propelled recreational units and motor homes. |
