Entry on Rehearing that Hess' motion to strike the memorandum contra filed by Direct Energy/IGS is denied. It is, further, ordered, That OPAE's application for rehearing is denied. It is, further, ordered, That the applications for rehearing filed by Columbia/OGMG/RESA, Dominion, and Hess are granted, in part, and denied, in part, as set forth herein. It is, further, ordered, That, within 90 days from the date of this entry on rehearing. Staff file the detailed allocation methodology, including the resolution of the issues in finding (50)(a) and (b) above, with the Commission for our review and approval. It is, further, ordered, That Columbia's motion for approval of the corrected tariff sheets be approved. |
