Fourth Supplemental Finding & Order determining that Paragraphs (F) and (G) of adopted Ohio Adm.Code 4901:1-6-21 are now moot and no longer applicable due to the recent adoption and signing of Substitute House Bill 430 of the 134th Ohio General Assembly. Therefore, Ohio Adm.Code 4901:1-6-21 is now being adopted without Paragraphs (F) and (G) being included. As a result, Ohio Adm.Code 4901:1-6-25 and Ohio Adm.Code 4901:1-6-27 are adopted as amended rules with only minor technical changes being made electronically filed by Heather A. Chilcote on behalf of Public Utilities Commission of Ohio. |
