Opinion & Order that the Ohio Power Siting Board approves and adopts the stipulation and recommendation between Oak Run Solar Project, LLC, the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation, Ohio Partners for Affordable Energy, Dr. John Boeckl, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union 683, Ohio Environmental Council, and the Board Staff, and directs that, subject to the conditions set forth in the stipulation and consistent with this Opinion and Order, a certificate of environmental compatibility and public need be issued to Oak Run Solar Project, LLC for the construction, operation, and maintenance of an 800 megawatt solar-powered electric generation facility, two 230 kilovolt transmission lines, and a 300 megawatt battery energy storage facility in Monroe, Somerford, and Deercreek Townships in Madison County, Ohio. electronically filed by Ms. Donielle M.
