Finding & Order that Columbia Gas' cost recovery rate filed on March 30, 2001, is modified as a result of this application to recognize the placement of the Balance Adjustment into the Refund and Reconciliation Adjustment effective for bills rendered on or after April 30, 2001; that the next financial auditor examine Columbia's GCR filings to ensure that Columbia properly accounts for the placement of the BA into the RA and that customers' bills reflect the reduction in GCR rates from the filed rate to the rate requested through this application. |
