Finding & Order that the stipulation filed on June 4, 1999, is approved in part as set forth herein; as a result, the Commission finds that two-way, nonoptional, flat-rate EAS should be instituted between the North Jackson and Warren exchanges as soon as practicable, but no later than 12 months after this order; that, within 30 days of the date of this order, Ameritech and Sprint are directed to establish an in-service date for two-way, nonoptional, flat-rate EAS between the North Jackson and Warren exchanges and to inform the Commission and the spokesperson for the complainants of the in-service date. |
