Entry on rehearing ordering that complainants application for rehearing be granted in accordance with Finding (9) for the limited purpose of amending the January 30, 2003 opinion and order, that the March 28, 2003 deadline for the complainants' to canvass Tiltonsville subscribers with regard to the institution of flat-rate EAS from the Tiltonsville Exchange to the Wheeling Exchange, and to report the results to the Commission be extended to April 28, 2003, that in all other respects the Commission's findings in the January 30, 2003, opinion and order shall remain unchanged. |
