(THIRD AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property (except commodities in bulk, household goods, office furniture and fixtures, house trailers and mobile homes, property requiring low, heavy-duty trailers and property in armored vehicles) from and to Crawford County: Jefferson, Liberty, Sandusky, Vernon and Whetstone Townships. RESTRICTED, except as otherwise authorized, against service from and to points in the Bucyrus Commercial Zone as of November 1, 1987, points on and west of State Route 598 within six (6) miles of North Robinson, and points and places on or bordering immediatley upon U.S. Route 30 and State Routes 19 and 95. Morrow County: Congress, North Bloomfield, Perry, Troy and Washington Townships. RESTRICTED, except as otherwise authorized, against service from and to points and places on or bordering immediately upon U.S. Route 42 and State Routes 61, 95 and 309, including Williamsport and Johnsville. Marion County: Tullu Township. RESTRICTED, except as otherwise authorized, against service from and to points and places on or bordering immediately upon State Routes 95 and 309, and County Road 171 between Martel and State Route 309, including Martel. RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of: 1. Cash letters, audit and accounting media and film. 2. Oil and gas well equipment, materials and supplies. |
