Entry ordering that up $400,000 of the Ameritech fund shall be allocated to Washington County for implementing the 9-1-1 service; $400,000 shall also be allocated to Columbiana County for 9-1-1 service; within 20 days of this entry Monroe County shall file a letter about the status of their 9-1-1 planing and whether the would accept a similar level of funding; within 15 days of this entry Ameritech shall distribute $25,435.17 to AARP from the fund; the balance of the fund shall accrue interest at the rate of one percent per month beginning 7/20/01 |
