Parts 100-185, to proceed without stopping at the grade crossing located at Raymond Road/CR 191 (903-791K), in Union County, Ohio; that the Union County Engineer place "Exempt" signs at appropriate
locations in advance of the crossing; that CSX should provide advance notice to the Commission, First Student, the Union County Engineer, and The Liberty Township Trustees, in the event it intends to commence rail operations at the crossing in the future. |
