Entry ordering parties be afforded thirty days from the date of this Entry to file memoranda regarding whether or not the COmmission has jurisdiction over the issues raised in this complaint; Ordering respondents file motion identifying the parties, and alleging why its thinks they must joined, within 15 days of the date of this Entry; Ordering to ensure that the Owner(s) and any new managing agent of Village Square Shopping Center have knowledge of this proceeding the complainant is directed to serve them copy of this Entry and file certificate of service to the Commission within 10 days of the date of Entry.
