Entry ordering that CSX and N&W Railway acquire materials for and proceed with the installation of the crossing projects set forth in this entry; that CSX and N&W Railway strictly comply with all directives and procedures set forth herein as well as with all applicable federal pro- cedures in connection with these installation projects; that installation be completed by 3/25/94; that CSX and N&W Railway notify the appropriate ODOT district at the time the installations are completed and the signals and lights are activated, at which time ODOT may inspect the devices. |
