Finding and order that, as set forth in finding (74) the attached amendments to Ohio Adm. Code Chapters 4901:1-17 and 4901:1-18 be adopted. That the adopted rules be filed with the JCARR, the Secretary of State and the Legislative Service Commission in accordance with divisions (D) and (E) of R.C. 111.15 and the final rules be effective on the earliest date permitted. |
