Entry ordering that the parties' stipulation and recommen- dation is approved and the September 24, 1998 opinion and order is modified to the extent set forth in this entry; that both applications for rehearing of Power Energy and Power Resources are moot; that the Ohio Gas Association's request for leave to file an application for rehearing is denied; that the joint motion of Power Energy and Power Resources for stay of the payment of the ordered assess- ments is now moot; that Power Energy and Power Resources shall immediately remit the $10,000 forfeiture payment, as agreed upon in the stipulation and recommendation and con- currently file a copy of that submission in this docket; that the Commission now grant Power Energys temporary authority to provide natural gas service to customers in Parkman, Ohio, effective January 14, 1999, and ending on May 1, 1999, subject to any extension of authority consis- tent with the terms of the stipulation approved herein; that this case be closed of record.
