Service from and to Lima, Ohio and its Commercial Zone as the boundaries existed May 20, 1986, except where otherwise authorized. 2. Service from and to points in Amanda, Hume, Marion, Monroe, Jackson, Auglaize, Spencer, Sugarcreek and Richland Townships, except where origin or destination is otherwise authorized. 3. Service from and to Vaghnsville, Ohio and a eight mile radius, except where origin or destination is otherwise authorized. 4. The transportation of farm commodities, livestock, lime, grain, feed, fertilizer, tent shows and property requiring low heavy-duty trailers. 5. Service from and to points with- in three miles of Lima, Ohio as its boundaries existed May 20, 1986, except where point of origin or destination is otherwise authorized. 6. The transportation of packages, parcels or articles of 70 pounds or less, except exposed picture films, shipments in armored vehicles and cash letters, audit and acconting media, film, business records and legal documents. |
