authority to increase its rates and charges for electric service; that the company file new tariffs consistent with the discussion and findings set forth above; that the depreciation accrual rates recommended by the Staff be approved to be effective as of October 1, 1982 and the company shall immediately commence notification of its customers of the increase in rates authorized herein by insert or attachment to its billings. |
