Finding & Order that the EFC rate to be charged by Ohio Edison for jurisdictional customer bills rendered during the company's next annual EFC period of July 1, 1997 through June 30, 1998 shall be 1.3485c/kWh; that Ohio Edison file its EFC tariff rider incorporating the new EFC rate no later than June 30, 1997; that the EFC rider become effective on July 1, 1997, and remain in effect until otherwise ordered by the Commission.
