Entry ordering the test period of applicant shall begin 8/1/99 and end 7/31/00 and the date certain shall be 1/31/00; that the appropriate method of making any changes to the date certain or test period shall be the filing of a new notice of intent to file an application and withdrawal of the pending application. |
