(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of passengers, their baggage and other personal effects, in round-trip charter operations limited to service provided on behalf or pre-formed and homogeneous groups to twelves (12) or more persons, which transportation shall not be for the singular propose of bare, expeditious and individual transportation between points in Ohio. |
