Opinion and Order stating that Monongahela Power Company's voluntary transfer of its Ohio certified territory to Columbus Southern Power Company is approved effective December 31, 2005; Columbus Southern Power Company in accordance with section 4933.85, Revised Code, and the changes described in this Opinion and Order to amend the Joint Report, shall assume the right and obligation to provide electric service to consumers within Mon Power's former certified service territory, effective January 1, 2006; Case No.'s 04-1047-EL-ATA, 04-1482-EL-CSS, 03-993-EL-UNC, AND 03-2567-EL-ATA are dismissed and closed of record; any party who files application for rehearing serve its application for rehearing on all other parties in this proceeding by e-mail by 3:00 P.M., on the day the application is filed with the Commission. |
