(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of home decorating accessories from North Canton, Stark County, Ohio, on the one hand to individual homes in Stark, Medina, Portage, Summit, Tuscarawas, Wayne and Guernsey Counties on the other hand. The vehicle will be restricted to a two-axle box van (straight) and the gross vehicle weight will not exceed 13,000 pounds. Applicant is to be restricted against hauling any commodities in bulk. The only commodity which will be transported is home decorating accessories manufactured or distributed by Home Interior & Gifts, Inc. of Dallas, Texas, which are delivered to North Canton, Ohio, for final distribution to the homes of sales persons who have ordered the products for their "Home Interior" Parties. |
