(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY IF APPLICATION IS GRANTED) Transportation of proeprty from New Boston to Chesapeake, via U.S. Rooute 52, and return, serving all intermediate points: RESTRICTED AGAINST: (1) Commodities in bulk. (2) Household goods, office furniture and fixtures. (3) The use of flatbed equipment and low heavy duty trailers (4) Transportation of individual shipments weighing in excess of 2000 pounds, from any one consignor to any one consignee, at points on U.S. Route 52 between New Boston and the Scioto/Lawrence County Line. (5) Transportation of ship- ments where both the origin and destination thereof is at any point on US.S. Route 52 between New Boston and the Scioto/Lawrence County Line. (6) Building materials at points in Scioto County. |
