(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of general ccommodities from and to Clark County (except Springfield, Ohio as defined in October 28, 1987). RESTRICTED AGAINST: 1. The transportation of petroleum and petroleum products in bulk; liquid fertilizer solutions; commodities requiring vehicles equipped with mechanical refrigeration; dry bulk commodities which by reason of their susceptibility to damage and moisture and/or loss in transit, loading or unloading and protection against the elements, require the use of special equipment; property requiring transportation in low, heavy-duty trailers; household goods, office furniture and fixtures; scrap metals; and commodities usuall usually transported in dump trucks and unloaded by end dumping. 2. Transportation of packages, parcels or articles of 70 pounds or less. 3. Transportation of currency, coins, checks, securities and other valuables (except cash letters) in armored vehicles. 4. Serving from or to (except where otherwise authorized) South Charleston and points within a three (3) mile radius thereof, and Mad River Township, and Madison Township. 5. Serving from or to points (except where otherwise authorized) on West Enon Road, including Enon, between Enon and the Greene/Clark County Line; points on State Route 4 between Enon and the Champaign/Clark County line; points on State Route 54; points on State Route 41 between its junction with State Route 54 and the Madison/Clark County line; and points on U.S. Route 68.
