Entry ordering applicant to file additional information by April 28, 1986, applicant shall cause publication of legal notice on or before April 28, 1986, that any interested person, firm, corporation, or entity who can show good cause why the subject application should not be granted, should file with the Commision a written statement detailing such reasons on or before May 12, 1986. |
