Finding and Order that the motion for a protective order filed by AT&T Ohio and DP&L for Section II(B) of the Stipulation be granted; that Section II(B) of the Stipulation shall be maintained under seal for a period of 18 months from the date of this finding and order; that, subject to the terms of this finding and order, the Agreements attached to the Stipulation are approved and shall be effective pursuant to their terms; that the Stipulation presented in this proceeding be adopted in its entirety; that the complaint be dismissed. |
