Finding & Order that the complainant's request for two-way, nonoptional, flat-rate EAS between the South Lebanon Ex- change and the Little Miami and Cincinnati exchanges is granted, contingent upon the conducting and filing of a canvass of the South Lebanon subscribers which demonstrates that a substantial majority is willing to pay the appro- priate rates for the service; that Sprint provide an alpha- betical list of all South Lebanon subscribers' names and addresses to the complainants within 15 days of this order; that the complainants canvass the South Lebanon subscribers and report the results to the Commission by December 8, 1998; that, after the complainants have submitted the bal- lots collected, Sprint and CBT should review the ballots and report the results of their review to the Commission by December 23, 1998; that this case remain open until other- wise ordered by the Commission.
