(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property, from and to points in Defiance County, Ohio, except Defiance and Hicks- ville, Ohio, as those boundaries existed December 2, 1983, except where othersiew authorized. RESTRICTED: (1) AGAINST the transportation of oil field and gas field equipment and supplies; dry bulk commodities in tank and hopper vehicles; household goods, office furniture and fixtures; property requiring transportation in low, heavy-duty trailers; petroleum and petroleum products, in bulk, in tank vehicles; and commodities in bulk, in dump trucks. (2) AGAINST the transportation of fertilizer from and to Milford, Farmer and Washington Townships, except where otherwise authorized. |
