Opinion and order stating that the request for institution of two-way, nonoptional extended area telephone service between the Niles Exchange and the Youngstown and North Jackson Exchanges is Denied. Ordered that the stipulation between the complainants and Ohio Bell recommending that Local Calling Plus be instituted between the Niles Exchange and the Youngstown and North Jackson Exchanges be Granted, to be instituted within two years from the date of this order.
