Finding & Order approving in its entirety the stipulation submitted on July 12, 1993; that United and Ohio Bell should implement two-way, nonoptional, measured-rate extended area service between the Bradford and Piqua exchanges as soon as practical, within 12 months; that United and Ohio Bell es- tablish an in-service date within four months, and advise the Commission within 60 days prior to the in-service date in the event the date cannot be met. |
