Entry ordering that the stipulation be adopted and approved by this Commission, that CSX and C&OR file with the Commission detailed design plans and cost estimated for the projects by October 24, 2003, that following submission and approval of design plans and cost estimates for the project, CSX and C&OR proceed with construction of the projects as set forth in the agreement with construction to be completed by July 24, 2004, that CSX and C&OR notify the Commission's Railroad Division 30 days before the projected dates of completion. |
