Financing order stating that the application be approved consistent with the conditions set forth in this financing order; CEI, Toledo Edison, and Ohio Edison be authorized to enter into transactions for the issuance of PIR Bonds and to assess and collect Phase-In-Recovery Charges; applicants file the applicable SPE agreements; applicants file their respective Issuance Advice Letters with the accompanying certification; applicants retain financial advisor on behalf of the Commission; all reports issued by Commission's financial advisor shall be docketed in this proceeding; applicants file confirmation upon final issuance and revised tariff sheets; applicants modify bill formats and provide customer notice of the Rider PIR charges as well as comply with the adjustment mechanism; OCC's motion to intervene be granted and applicants request that the Commission consider on an expedited basis be denied. |
