Entry ordering that the stipulation submitted by the parties be approved; that CSX submit, within 90 of the date of this entry, project site plans and cost estimates for Commission approval; that the Washington County Board of Commissioners and any other governmental entities having jurisdiction of the roadway at the project crossing be hereby advised of the Commission funding available for supplemental improvements at such crossing and the applicatin procedure as set forth in finding 4.
