Opinion and order ordering Liberty need not file any additional updates to its audit report; Ameritech shall comply with all orders and directives as set forth in this opinion and order and file or submit all required reports and plans within established time periods; Ameritech carry out all voluntary actions specified by its response to the audit report; that Ameritech shall determine and deliver all credits owed customers; that any credits not returned be added to the Customer Fund and benefit the Company's customers; that from 5/1/02 thru 4/30/04 Ameritech's bundled local switching port rate be $3.13; that Ameritech deploy the advanced telecommunications services within 12 months of this order; that Ameritech pay forfeiture of $8,500,000 to the state of Ohio within 60 days of this order; that up to $400,000 of the Customer Fund shall be allocated to implementing 9-1-1 service in Monroe County |
