(THIRD AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of recycled or recyclable combustible hazardous waste products and by- products between points in Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST the use of tank and hopper vehicles. RESTRICTED, on van traffic, to truckload shipments with no more than three (3) stop-offs in transit. (2) Transportation in tank vehicles of recycled or recyclable liquid hazardous waste products or by-products, between points in Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST the trans- portation of gasoline, kerosene, No. 1 and No. 2 fuel oil, diesel oil and fuel grade alcohol, except when contaminated or used; further RESTRICTED AGAINST traffic originating at or destined to refineries; further RESTRICTED to shipments originating at or destined to recycling facilities. |
