Entry ordering that the joint applicants file with the Commission the additional information as detailed in Finding 2; the joint applicants cause publication of legal notice inaccordance with Finding 3 by 12/14/90 and present proof of publication to the Commission by 12/28/90; any interested entity that can show good cause why this application should not be granted shall file with the Commission a written statement detailing the reasons by 12/28/90; unless the Commission receives a written statement, this case will be decided on the basis of the information conrtained in the joint application.
