Opinion and Order stating that the effective date of the new tariffs be a date not earlier than both the date of this Opinion and Order and the date upon which the copies of the final tariffs are filed with the Commission. The new USF riders shall be effective upon filing with the Commission and apply on a bills-rendered basis in the first billing cycle of the month following their effective date. |
