Finding and Order; ordering that, by December 1, 2010, RJC submit to ORDC and the Commission's RaUroad Division site plans and cost estimates for this project; that, by December 8, 2010, RJC file a letter in this docket advising that it has submitted plans and cost estimates to the Commission; that, by January 1, 2011, RJC shall file notice that it has initiated with AEP the process to ensure that electric service will be available at the involved grade crossings as set forth in finding (9). |
