Entry ordering that the accrual rates shown on Table I are hereby prescribed as proper and adequate charges for depreciation of the Applicant's natural gas plant; that these accrual rates be made effective January 1, 2003; that the adjustments to the Plant in Service and Depreciation Reserve balances shown on Tables II and III, be granted with effective date of January 1, 2003. |
