Finding and Order, ordering that attached amended rules 4901-1-01 through 4901-1-29, 4901-1-31, 4901-1-32, 4901-1-34 through 37,4901-3-01, 4901-3-02, and 4901-9-01, the appendix to rule 4901-1-25, and new rule 4901-1-38 are adopted and should be filed with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, the Secretary of State, and the Legislative Service Commission in accordance with divisions (D) and (E) of Section 111,15, Revised Code; that existing rules 4901-1-30 and 4901-1-33 should be filed with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, the Secretary of State, and the Legislative Service Commission in accordance with divisions (D) and (E) of Section 111.15, Revised Code; that the final rules be effective on the earliest day permitted by law. Unless otherwise ordered by the Commission, the review date for Chapters 4901-1,4901-3, and 4901-9, O.A.C, shall be September 30,2010. |
