Finding & Order that both the GTE stipulation and the Ameri- tech stipulation are hereby approved in their entirety; that CBT and GTE institute two-way, measured-rate EAS between the Seven Mile and Oxford exchanges as soon as practicable, and, in any event, within 12 months from the date of this order; that CBT and Ameritech should institute two-way, nonoptional, flat-rate EAS between the Seven Mile exchange and each of Ameritech's Middletown and Trenton exchanges.
