Finding & Order approving the stipulation in its entirety; that Ameritech institute measured-rate EAS from the Arabia exchange to the Chesapeake exchange and that GTE institute measured-rate EAS from the Chesapeake exchange to the Arabia exchange as soon as praciticable and, in any event, within 12 months from the date of this order; that Ameritech and GTE establish an in-service date within four months, inform the Commission and the Lawrence County Board of Commission- ers of the date, and advise the Commission and the Board no later than 60 days prior to the in-service date in the event that the date cannot be met, together with the reason.
