In the matter of the application of Williams Communications Inc. dba Vyvx, Inc. to revise its tariff, PUCO No. 1, to reduce the per call surcharge in Section 2.7.3; withdraw two (2) Services ("LATA" Termination Service" and "LATA/LEC Termination Service"); change the name of two (2) Services ("Switched One Plus" and "Dedicated One Plus"); reduce the per minute rates for the remaining services and restructure the rates for Operator Assistance Service; and make minor textual and numbering sequence changes.
