That two-way, flat-rate EAS be granted contingent upon the conduct and filing of a canvass of Shiloh Exchange subscribers which shows that a substanial majority is willing to pay the appropriate rates for the service. That Sprint provide a list of all Shiloh exchange subscribers' names & addresses to the complainants within 15 days of this Finding & Order, and the complainants canvas the Shiloh Exchange subscribers, using the attached ballots and report the results to the Commission no later than Novemebr 16, 1998. Also that the complainants have submitted the ballots collected, Sprint review and report the results of its review to the Commission no later than 15 days after ballots are filed. (6) |
