Supplemental Finding & Order closing this case of record; that two-way, flat-rate EAS be instituted between the Shiloh and Shelby exchanges of Sprint as soon as practi- cable but no later than 12 months from the date of this order; that Sprint establish an in-service date within four months of this order, inform the Commission of the date, and advise the Commission not later than 60 days prior to the in-service date in the event the date cannot be met; that Sprint is authorized to file three copies of revised tariff sheets reflecting the establishment of two- way, flat-rate EAS.
