In the matter of the application of Sprint Communication Company L.P. to add language to the Term and Conditions section of Sprint's tariff to clarify that various taxes and/or fees, assessed to Sprint by any municipality, political subdivision, local agency of government or utilities commission will be billed to Sprint customers who receive service from such agencies.
