Entry ordering that the citation for Vance Truck Service be dismissed; that operations pursuant to Permit No. 3578 in the name of Vance Truck Service, Inc. are suspended for a period of one year; that applicant continue to purchase annual tax decal during the term of suspension; applicant shall notify the Commission and file the required certi- ficates of insurance prior to resuming any operations. |
