Opinion and Order ordering that the complainants' request for two-way, nonoptional, measured-rate extended area service between United's Luckey Exchange and Ohio Bell's Perrysburg and Maumee Exchanges is denied. Request for two-way, nonoptional, flat-rate extended area service between United's Luckey exchange and Ohio Bell's Toledo and Perrysburg exchanges is denied. Ordered that United and Ohio Bell institute two-way, measured-rate extended area service between United's Luckey exchange and Ohio Bell's Toledo exchange within two years from the date of this Opinion and Order. Dissenting Opinion of Commissioner Ashley Brown concurring in part. |
