Finding and order ordered that The Commission finds that the facility in this case meets the statutory criteria
for certification as an eligible Ohio renewable energy resource generating facility. Further,
the Commission finds that Staff should evaluate metering requirements when it proposes
new rules to comply with R.C. 4928.645(B)(1), but, in this case, the metering equipment is
sufficient for measuring the output of the facility. Additionally, the starting date of the
facility's output should be recognized as September 12, 2014, consistent with Staffs
recommendation and the effective date of S.B. 310. Finally, the Commission directs Staff to
work with CGT and UC to ensure that RECs for this facility are not double-counted ordered that the Commission's Docketing Division issue Coal Gas
Transportation, LLC, a certificate as an eligible Ohio renewable energy resource generating
facility. |
